Enquiries do not create an engagement
Submitting the consultation form, emailing us, or attending a consultation does not create a professional or client relationship. Services, responsibilities, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms are agreed in a written engagement agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement governs the work.
Your responsibilities as a client
Our work depends on the records you provide. You remain responsible for supplying complete, accurate, and timely source documents and account access, for the accuracy of the underlying business activity, and for reviewing and approving the financial records we prepare. We record and reconcile what the documentation supports and raise questions where something is unclear rather than making assumptions.
